Installation and training
In order to get the most out of your system, our experienced trainers will get you started by creating an initial set-up and thoroughly reviewing the most important functions of your system. Our training sessions are tailored to the specific research area of the individual user and, in addition, we install the complete system on-site. The result is a true turn-key system that is ready to go from day one. If you require additional training on our products and integrated solutions, you may also benefit from one of our other training courses. We offer a wide range of product and application training courses for new as well as experienced users. You can also consult our experienced staff who have research backgrounds in biology, engineering, and computer sciences regarding automation, experiment design, and the optimal use of our tools. Service contracts
Every product license includes one year of technical support. In addition, we offer a range of service contracts at reasonable rates for support beyond the first year or for additional services from the time of purchase, such as on-site assistance, free upgrades, and yearly maintenance visits. Choose the contract that suits you best: Basic, Plus, or Platinum.
Technical support
Each Noldus product is thoroughly tested and comes with detailed documentation and instruction manuals. However, technical challenges may arise from time to time and support is required. The Measuring Behavior conferences
Noldus regularly organizes an international scientific conference on methods and techniques used in behavioral research. Measuring Behavior offers a diverse program packed with varied presentations on new methods and techniques, scientific tours to local research facilities, technical training sessions, special interest groups, workshops, user meetings, and an enjoyable social program. The 7th edition of Measuring Behavior will take place in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, 24-27 August 2010.
