If you run into a problem of any kind, our helpdesk can assist you. Technical support for Noldus products is available from this website, and by telephone, e-mail, Skype and remote assistance.
Please note that although products for which there have been newer versions for more than three years are no longer supported by our helpdesk, knowledgebase articles about these products are still available. Three years’ support as described in a basic service contract is included with the license of your product and you can purchase an additional service contract for more services. Noldus hardware comes with a two year warranty (guarantee).
If you want to learn more about our products, you may also benefit from our training courses. We offer a wide range of product and application training courses for new as well as experienced users. Before contacting the helpdesk, please check our Technical Support Knowledgebase for solutions to common problems or the known problems pages in the downloads section.
The preferred method to contact support is by submitting the Support Request Form, which can be found below. We try to answer support questions within one working day. More complicated questions may require more time, but we guarantee a first response to your question within one working day.

We have five helpdesks in various time zones. If the helpdesk in your own region is closed (e.g. you are working in the evening) and you have an urgent question, feel free to call one of the other helpdesks, they will be happy to assist you. Check this document for opening times in your time zone.
