The BrainWave project will develop a wearable brainwave (EEG) processing platform enabling 24/7 healthcare of Parkison's and epilepsy patients. It will include a novel processor which will analyze and interpret EEG signals collected non-invasively with a multi-channel sensor interface. The chip will have features such as ultra-low power power and will be personalized to patients making it trully wearable and suitable for use outside hospitals. The project is funded by the Dutch Technology Foundation STW.
This project is lead by the Eindhoven University of Technology. The other academic partner is Radboud University Nijmegen (Donders Institute and Radboud University Medical Centre). Noldus is a member of the User Committee.
