Atlanta, 10 April 2000 - The Center for Brain Sciences and Health at Georgia State University has entered into a partnership with Noldus Information Technology Inc. This partnership will allow the Center for Brain Sciences and Health to be involved in the specification and design of new software for behavioral research, and to serve as a demonstration and beta test site for new Noldus products. The Center will thus have access to new research software in an early stage, and in return will provide the necessary feedback for these software prototypes. "The decision to align with Noldus was easy", says Dr. Elliott Albers, Director of the Center for Brain Sciences and Health. "Noldus is an industry leader with respect to software and instrumentation for behavioral research. The company offers an open technology platform that utilizes industry standards, which means that its systems can be easily integrated into our current and future lab setups." Albers added: "Through this collaborative agreement we can be assured that our research needs will be high on Noldus' priority list when it comes to future software upgrades". Upon signing the agreement, Bart van Roekel, Vice President of Noldus Information Technology Inc. commented: "We are proud to be a partner of the Center for Brain Sciences and Health.
