Wageningen, 4 January 1999 - Now that the exchange rates between the Euro and the other currencies in the European Monetary Union have been finalized, Noldus Information Technology's policy towards the Euro goes into immediate effect. For our customers this has the following implications, depending on the Noldus office you do business with:  

• All products are priced in German marks (DM) as well as in Euros. To convert current prices in marks to Euros, divide the DM amount by 1,95583.
• Invoices will show prices in German marks as well as in Euros. You can choose in which currency you pay.
• Payments in either German marks or Euros can be made to the same bank accounts.
