New regional office in Germany | |
Freiburg im Breisgau, 1 November 1998 - We are pleased to announce the opening of our new subsidiary in Freiburg, Germany. This brand new regional office is yet another milestone in our strategy for international expansion. Operational as of November 1st, it provides fast-track service for our prospects and clients in southern Germany, Switzerland and Austria. "We want to get closer to our customers in order to better understand their specific problems and needs, and to build a long-term relationship", explains Dr. Ruud Derix, General Manager of the Freiburg office. "This allows us to offer customers the level of service they may expect from a supplier of professional software and instrumentation, not in the least because it means they can talk in their own language to people who know their business and who can give them priority treatment should difficulties arise." Freiburg is located in the southwestern corner of Germany, on the main north-south motorway and at short distance from Basel international airport. The office will provide assistance in three languages: German, English and Dutch. It has state-of-the-art facilities for meetings and product demonstrations.
