When we install a system, we often include a product training. This helps users to get started with the system, create a first set-up and learn the most important functions. But life goes on, and once a system has been installed new colleagues or students will join your department. Or once a project has been finished, it may take a while before the system is used again. In these situations a refresher training offers a welcome solution. During such a training we revive your knowledge of the main functions of software packages like The Observer, EthoVision, or Theme. | |
You can also receive a training for specific applications, in which case we teach how to create the optimal set-up for your research or test. A hands-on session is an important part of our courses. You can ask everything you want to know about the system, so you can learn to use the more advanced functions in the software as well. Refresher training courses can also be part of a service contract. Depending on the type of contract, you are entitled to a number of services including an annual refresher training. Other services that can be part of a service contract are amongst others free technical support, maintenance updates of software and subscription to new releases of our software. | |
