Noldus Information Technology Inc. offers complete solutions for usability professionals and market researchers. At this moment we are moving to a new office. We expect our new Experience Lab will be opened in January 2007. This brand new Lab is available for rent or can be used for evaluation before purchasing a complete setup from Noldus.

The Experience Lab will consist of two rooms separated by a one-way mirror. The user room can be modified to create a living room or work environment. The room will be standard equipped with a computer, internet connection, telephone, desk and chair. Cameras will be installed to get the optimal image of the user. A ceiling mounted microphone or wireless lavalier microphone is used to capture sound. The one way mirror gives a clear view of the user room from the observation room.

The observation room will be equipped with the latest sound recording and video equipment. Recordings can be made on a range of media including tape and DVD. A video mixer or picture in picture generator can be used to record two video sources simultaneously. If a recording of computer screen is needed a full resolution digital video file recording can be made.

The Observer event logging software and video editing system will be available to produce deliverables on CD or DVD.
