Huawei Technologies selects Noldus tools for usability testing of telecommunications products | |
Shenzhen, China, 12 October 2006 – Huawei Technologies has selected Noldus Information Technology’s tools for user research and usability testing of new telecommunications hardware and software. The agreement was celebrated during the “Innovation Dinner” in Shenzhen, witnessed by Mrs. Karien van Gennip, Minister for Foreign Trade of The Netherlands, during a trade mission to the People’s Republic of China. Specially designed portable usability labs, using digital video, audio, screen capture, and The Observer XT data collection and analysis software, have become the workhorses for usability engineers in Huawei’s research labs in Shenzhen, China and Plano, Texas, USA. Huawei’s Vice President Mr. Water Su explained Huawei’s development strategy: “We strive for high quality, excellent service, and low operating costs.
