- The license number can be found in the UserInfo box in the Help menu of CatWalk.
- The form is case-sensitive, so capital letters should be typed in uppercase.
- Only use the first 11 characters of your license code. For example: CW071-60000.
- The registered user's name should be entered in the following format: [first name] [space] [last name]. Example: Donna Smith.
- The e-mail address should be the current e-mail address of the registered user.
