Basic home cage equipment
PhenoTyper can be equipped with shelters, feeders and water bottles:

• Shelters available in different colors to accomodate different animal strains
• Shelters and feeders available in different sizes to accomodate mice or rats
• A PhenoTyper cage can be equipped with one or multiple feeder(s) and water bottle(s)
• Suitable for small and large PhenoTyper cages

Lickometer
A highly sensitive lickometer is available with the following features:

• Registers the slightest contact made between an animal and the spout of a water bottle
• Works like a capacitor; no current flow passes through an animal
• Suitable for mice and rats 

IR Shelter
Although appearing black for the naked eye, the IR shelter is made from Infra Red (IR) translucent material. Thanks to PhenoTyper's integrated IR video equipment, a mouse can be observed inside its shelter.
