We currently employ approx. 85 people. | The job Noldus is currently looking for an Operations Team Leader to join our growing North American Office. As a member of our operations team, you, together with your team members will be responsible for:
- The correct execution of the complete order, production, integration and logistics process.
- Inventory management.
- Ensure accurate, high quality deliveries in a timely manner.
- Act as liaison between the employees of operations and other departments of Noldus, such as sales, marketing and services, especially with dissemination of information and directives.
- Responsible for the control of the budget for operations.
- Respond to requests from colleagues or customers within a 24 hour period.
| Your profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and some college experience in a related field is preferred.
- Technical experience (knowledge of PC hardware, Windows, and application software) and experience with video and audio equipment.
- Ability to delegate work among team members.
- Ability to discern which tasks are best delegated to which individuals ensuring accurate and swift implementation of activities.
- Ability to communicate with other departments and international offices in a friendly and professional manner.
- Capacity to steer, stimulate and motivate the people on the team.
- Ability to create a good team environment and resolve conflicts.
- Good comprehension of meeting and discussion techniques.
- A strong work ethic and an inquisitive mind.
Enthusiasm, motivation, initiative and excellent communications skills are necessary. Prior experience is helpful, but qualified entry level persons or new graduates will be considered.
