A Windows update or similar can cause problems with the HASP drivers. Your license is not recognised by your Noldus software the light on the key does not light up. You should then install the latest version of the correct drivers:
- Remove your hardware key
- Go to the Sentinel website (http://www3.safenet-inc.com/support/hasp-srm/enduser.aspx) and download the latest HASP 4 drivers to your desktop (or other temporary location). You need the Sentinel HASP Run-time GUI installation.
- Run the download.
- Insert the hardware key. It should now light up.
If you need to uninstall the old drivers, you can use the command line installation from the same website (install or to remove then hinstall /i to install). Contact Noldus support for help with this.
