FOODCOST consortium successfully completes project

In the last week of June the FOODCOST consortium organized its final summer school at the University of Miguel Hernández in Orihuela, Spain. The consortium, consisting of nine partners from eight EU countries, proudly presented its four books which are the outcome of the 3-year project. The FOODCOST project has been co-funded by the “Food Quality and Consumer Studies” Erasmus+ program of the European Union (Food Quality & Consumer Studies“ (Strategic partnership Erasmus + Nr. 2014-1-SK01-KA203-000464). 

The aim of the FOODCOST project was to modernize and improve the quality of university education in the field of food science, food marketing and consumer studies. The four books summarize the latest insights, methods and trends in these fields.
