18th Annual International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare IMSH

Aren’t you curious to find out how to make the impossible possible? Visit us at the International Meeting on Simulation in Healthcare (IMSH 2018), in Los Angeles, the most important healthcare simulation conference of the year, and discover what is possible with our innovative tools! Our representatives will show you Viso, our stationary and portable AV solution to educate, train, and improve the skills of your students.

Creating audio and video recordings

With Viso®, you can create high quality recordings with detailed markings, in multiple locations at once. During a session, the behaviors of your students can be captured from different angles with the remotely-controlled Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras. The subjects and markers in Viso facilitate capturing the actions and its reactions.

The new functionality ‘composite session recording’, makes it possible to follow a trainee through multiple locations.

In this animation, we give an example of how the composite session recording option works in a healthcare setting.

Observation made simple

The Observer XT® is the professional and user-friendly software package for the collection, analysis, and presentation of observational data. It gives you the ability to code behavior any way you want and obtain accurate results which are ready for analysis. External data, such as heart rate, facial expressions, and eye tracking data can easily be integrated. Start and stop recordings from The Observer XT with a simple click of a button and import the different data streams fast and automatically.

Facial expressions

FaceReader™ automatically analyzes 6 basic facial expressions (happy, sad, scared, disgusted, surprised, and angry), as well as neutral and contempt. It also calculates the affective attitudes confusion, boredom, and interest, as well as valence and arousal. FaceReader offers advanced analysis and reporting.
