Technical project manager
We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. You'll maintain our product roadmap, guide UX researchers and designers, and developers to build next-generation behavioral tools. You're a structured, communicative problem-solver who thrives in a tech-driven environment.
You will be:
- You are the primary link between strategists and development teams
- You plan and coordinate releases and help teams turn their stories and wishes into actionable tasks.
- Track progress, proactively mitigate risks, and communicatie clear updates to stake holders.
- make trade-offs on scope, quality, and timelines while securing accountability and continuous improvement.
UX Designer
We’re looking for a UX designer who gets excited about creating beautiful, fluent user interfaces and who can help us build the next generation of tools used in labs and research institutions around the world. Do you know how to translate complex data into clear, intuitive experiences? Are you driven to contribute to groundbreaking research? Then you’ll fit perfectly into our UX team.
What you will do:
- Translate complex user needs into accessible, functional, and visually appealing designs
- Work closely with fellow designers, developers, product strategists, and AI specialists—from concept to implementation—within an agile team
- Research user needs and translate insights into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Contribute to strengthening UX maturity within the organization
Senior AI Research Engineer
Are you a brilliant, driven and communicative AI engineer with a passion for recognizing animals and their behaviors from videos and other sensor data? Do you enjoy sharing insights and presenting results to clients or at conferences? Are you motivated by the opportunity to create real societal impact through your work? If so, we would love to meet you!
Typically you:
- You have a passion for the latest AI developments
- You have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and can openly and constructively communicate with colleagues.
- You have strong programming skills in Python
- You are proficient with machine learning frameworks and pipelines (PyTorch and MLOps). Experience with C++ is a plus.
