All our transactions are subject to our General Terms and Conditions.
In addition to the General Terms, the following conditions apply for specific products and services:
- The End-User License Agreement (EULA), for customers who purchase and/or make use of Noldus software products.
- The NoldusCare Conditions, which cover additional services such as maintenance, support and repairs (not including services provided under the Consultancy Conditions). These can be found in the General Terms and Conditions document under the section “NoldusCare Conditions”. Noldus software, Noldus hardware and third-party suppliers covered by NoldusCare are listed in the Annex to the General Terms and Conditions.
- The Consultancy Conditions, which cover our consultancy services. These can be found in the General Terms and Conditions document under the section “Consultancy Conditions”.
In the event of conflict, the specific provisions in the EULA and/or the NoldusCare Conditions and/or the Consultancy Conditions take precedence over the General Terms.
The General Terms and Conditions, End-User License Agreement, NoldusCare Conditions and Consultancy Conditions are applicable to Noldus Information Techology BV and all its subsidiaries.
