Food & Cognition

In this regional project, the partners will establish a cluster network for exchange of knowledge and information related to the topic of food and cognition.

The effect of food and nutrition on cognitive health is often underestimated. Likewise, cognition has an important role in determining diet. Poor eating habits can lead to cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. However, the underlying mechanisms are often poorly understood.
