In House Back Office Sales Representative (32 hours/week)
Would you like to be the link between our customers and our account managers? Are you a strong communicator who likes to support our sales people and advise our customers the best possible solution? Then this position may well be your new challenge!
In this challenging position we are looking for an enthusiastic and administratively strong colleague who offers support to our account managers in various areas (indoor and outdoor sales). Your tasks will consist of processing leads, forwarding information requests and handing out trial licenses to customers. You will also assist with making quotations and processing orders. Our in-house sales team works closely together with our purchasing and operations department. In this challenging position, you continuously get the best out of yourself, the team and the company.
- Processing and follow-up of leads
- Assisting in making quotations
- Management of email during absence of colleagues
- Follow up of opportunities
- Keeping track of (sales) activities in CRM
- Processing orders
- Organizing and process customer visits
- Sending trial licenses
