12th FENS Virtual Forum of Neuroscience
FENS Forum Going Virtual
For the first time FENS will go virtual. From 11-15 July, FENS 2020 Virtual Forum will allow delegates to access and participate in all Forum events, including Plenary and Special Lectures, symposia, poster sessions, exhibition, and networking.
Noldus Information Technology will host a virtual booth during FENS 2020 and present an e-poster. Find out what we will be displaying!
Video tracking with EthoVision XT
EthoVision XT is a research companion and a platform to build your research on. High-throughput? We've got you covered. With EthoVision XT, you can track in up to 99 arenas simultaneously, and use batch acquisition and batch analysis to get your results quickly. Do you need to control and gather data from other equipment, such as stimulus lights, levers, optogenetics, and EEG measurements? EthoVision XT does it all.
Why EthoVision XT is the best video tracking tool
Over the last 25 years, EthoVision XT has evolved from video tracking software into a software platform. Designed to be at the core of your lab, EthoVision XT offers integration of data and automation of behavioral experiments with any animal.
Watch the video to learn why EthoVision XT is the best video tracking tool out there!
Presenting an e-poster on automated video tracking and behavior recognition in rodents
Did you know we are hosting an e-poster on automated video tracking and behavior recognition in rodents? Noldus Founder and CEO Lucas P.J.J. Noldus, Ph.D. will present it during the poster sessions so make sure not to miss it!
2661: Automated video tracking and behavior recognition in rodents: deep learning improves tracking robustness and classification accuracy (J.7)
- Sunday, 12 July 2020 - Morning poster session, 10:30-12:00 (BST/GMT+1)
Monday, 13 July 2020 - Morning poster session, 10:30-12:00 (BST/GMT+1)
Analyzing gait with CatWalk XT
CatWalk XT is a complete and one of a kind gait analysis system that provides you with accurate and reliable data on gait and locomotion in rodents. Using the Illuminated Footprints technology, the CatWalk XT software identifies subtle changes within the dimensions, position and timing of each footprint and calculates numerous of parameters.
Human neuroscience and data integration
Researchers in this field aim to understand the brain mechanisms supporting cognitive and social behavior in humans, and how these mechanisms may be altered in various disease models.
As this often requires bringing together a data of different types, one software to work as an integration platform is ideal. The Observer XT is that platform.
It offers perfect synchronization of physiological data, eye tracker data, and facial expression analysis data. Noldus solutions empower the study of brain functions, eye movements, and facial expressions in combination with other behavior.
