Community on Food Consumer Science
Eating unhealthy food is a serious problem in our society causing all sorts of problems like diabetes, heart disease and obesity. There is still too little understood about why consumers make the choices they do. In this project, the partners will carry out networking and joint research to enable the field to adopt the best modern methodologies for researching this issue.
The role of Noldus
Noldus will develop innovative new technologies for the objective measurement of the experience of food consumers. The project will use Noldus technology for integrating, synchronizing and carrying out advanced analysis of a range of sensor data streams.
The project is led by Wageningen University and has 14 other partners including Noldus.
