Human-Centered Design Lab is the first usability lab in Thailand. The lab facilitates both design and testing services.

There are several rooms inside the lab as follows:

Test Room 1 - The room can be used for testing a large scale object or environment such as space, furniture and equipment.

Test Room 2 - This room is designed for small scale objects such as software and products. The room can be arranged in different types of settings such as a living room, play room, and  computer room.

The lab provides tools for research such as Noldus software, EMG equipment, and others. Most of the researchers in the lab are graduate students who are trained to be a specialist in usability testing. They also conduct in-house training that can take place on company's premises. This allows them to tailor the seminar according to the needs of each delegate.
